Why join Run Club?

It's difficult to describe what Run Club is all about until you actually experience it. We can tell you it's all about how to run, what drills to do to improve your running and that you'll become a better runner if you join. And all of this is true.

What we find hard to describe is the comraderie, the mateship, the long lasting friendships, the support and the absolute high you will feel by being a part of this group. To run an event with Run Club is very different to running on your own. There is a buzz of excitement and a sense of community involved with what we do and it has to be experienced. People have joined Run Club to stay with us for years. It's that kind of environment.

Run Club is not just about running. It's about being part of a team. Everyone in Run Club supports each other. There is no competitiveness (except friendly banter), there is no age limit and there are no rules about how fast or how slow you run, or what distance you do. We support EVERY runner.
