Our Running Clinics are designed for complete beginners or the seasoned runner. Everyone will learn something at a Running Clinic.

WHAT DO WE COVER?

  • Running posture, cadence and technique
  • What to wear and eat for the best performance when running
  • Training tips and techniques to have you running faster and for longer
  • How to prepare for an event
  • How to prevent injury when running
  • What to do if you become injured
  • Types of training to improve your running ability

We also video you and provide feedback on your running style so that you can learn and improve.

We have had hundreds of people go through our Running Clinics in the last three years and every single one of them has reported an improvement in their running. That's a huge achievement. Whilst we can't guarantee that every indivdual will become a running superstar we can guarantee that you will walk away with new information, and an improvement in your running if you follow our instruction.

Our Running Clinic content forms the orientation for our Run Clubs.

HOW TO REGISTER

Please call 0430 052 561 or email info@mindbodymotion.com.au. The attached questionnaire is required as part of your registration for the clinic.

WHAT YOU NEED TO WEAR/BRING ON THE DAY

  1. $40 for the fee on the day. It would be appreciated if you could bring the correct change.
  2. Wet weather gear in case it is raining.
  3. A mat or a towel to sit on.
  4. A watch to time yourself.
  5. A notepad and pen if you wish to take notes (there are no handouts).
  6. Your running gear for our practical session. There is minmal running, this is just to demonstrate how to apply what you have learnt.
