One on one

Our one on one training will suit the runner who has a very specific goal. It allows for individual attention and the training will be based around your goals and your current, and desired, pace.

We can accommodate two people in a session as a one on one.

ACTIVITIES COVERED

  • Improvement of technique including taking photo's and video of your running style with instruction on how to improve it
  • Speed sessions to improve your running pace
  • A combination of activities to improve your overall running fitness
  • Strength and conditioning sessions

FEE

Fees are negotiable depending on your requirements and your location. The Running Coach will negotiate the length of the session based on the clients requirements. All fees are payable in advance and subject to a 12 hour cancellation policy.

LOCATION

The location will be based on a suitable park closest to the client.
