If you have a specific goal for an event or you need a plan to help you understand what training you require, we can provide a tailored plan and support for you.

WHAT IS PROVIDED?

  • Day by day training plan outlining the type of training and the distance/time
  • The plan will incorporate any cross training in your routine and help you to balance it with your running
  • We take into consideration any events you may be taking part in
  • The plan is based on your pace and fitness level, and how many days per week you are able to run, taking into consideration your goal
  • Every plan is designed to ensure that you train safely and without injury
  • Training is based around distance, pace andyour goal event

WHO IS A PROGRAM SUITABLE FOR?

Any runner at all, from a beginner level to advanced and whether you are doing a 5km event or a marathon. You can download programs from many internet sites however they are generic templates. Our programs are written for you individually.

FEE

We charge $90 an hour. Programs for short events and beginner runners generally take around 60 mins however a marathon plan for 5-6 months can take over an hour to produce. The initial phone call to determine the required information in order to write the plan is complimentary.
